Service Description

Reiki is a technique to promote healing and releasing from energy centers, to enable a good flow of energy through ones body. It also restores physical and emotional well-being. It promotes deep relaxation, compassion, and harmony, which activates our own innate self-healing capabilities. Reiki is typically administered by "laying of the hands" on major energy centers(Chakras) of the body. Various hand positions are used over the body’s energy centers to bring in the Reiki energy while the client relaxes. ​This session provides insight to blocked and or stagnant energy within ones body We can work together to develop a healing plan which includes Reiki feedback, energy clearing rituals, herbs, crystals and reflection activities.
